Sperma ist unnormal

Ich bin jetzt 21 und wenn ich ejakuliere ist das Sperma eher durchsichtig. Wenn ich es zwischen den Fingern reibe wird es weiß. Ist das normal? Und wenn nicht: Was stimmt nicht mit mir? Muss ich jetzt zum Arzt gehen?
